The guarantee of our quality is the staff and years of experience. Diamond Origin offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
In the event of damage or a manufacturing defect in a product purchased from us, you must contact us immediately so that we can evaluate your product. The package is shipped at our expense but we charge a $50 deposit. This is a deposit that covers the cost of shipping and an expert assessment of the item to determine if the damage is covered by the warranty. This fee is refunded in full for all warranty repairs. We also offer free shipping back to the customer for all warranty repairs.
Repairs to Diamond Origin jewelry not covered by the Lifetime Warranty will be pending approval by the customer of our quoted price. If the repair price is confirmed, the deposit will be included in the value of the repair service.
Diamond Origin will repair the damage covered by the warranty or replace the product with a new one.
Problems with jewelry that are not covered by the warranty examples:
- surface scratches resulting from the use
- mechanical damage to the prongs, e.g. as a result of hooking
- loss or chipping of a gemstone as a result of mechanical damage
