Diamond Origin offers free returns within 30 days, so you can rest assured that you've made the right purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the jewelry within 30 days. The time is counted from the moment the product is available for shipment. Diamond Origin, to meet the customer's needs, and to meet the highest standards of shopping comfort, we offer a free return service on all orders. We send a free return shipping label.
Returns must be reported first by e-mail to email@example.com Unreported returns will not be accepted for consideration. In the case of returning jewelry with an engraved inscription, please read the engraving section.
The returned jewelry must be in its original condition with packaging and full Diamond Origin documentation.
Jewelry that has been specially modified at the customer's request so that it cannot be returned to its original condition or if the product contains any personalization, such as a special amount of stones, cannot be returned.
Diamond Origin catalog jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty and can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
How to return an order
First, contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return shipping number and request a free FedEx or USPS shipping label. Write your Confirmed Return Shipping Number on the outside of the returned package.
For all returns, collect all supporting materials such as certificates, Diamond grading reports, Diamond Origin Appraisals, and original packaging where possible. A fee of USD 250 will be charged if the certificates are lost.
Shipping and insurance: Pack the product securely in multiple layers. It is best to use the original packaging. If you don't have them, put the product in a smaller box surrounded by bubble wrap. Place such a box in a larger one and refill it with some kind of protective material. Products packaged in this way will be subject to insurance paid by Diamond Origin.
If you choose to use a different shipping method, you can ship it back via any carrier. For protection, ship your item fully insured, a signature is required and ask for a return receipt for confirmation.
For safety reasons, do not put Diamond Origin on the packaging.
After receiving the return, the shipment will be checked by the quality control department, which will verify the condition of the item. It will take about 5 working days. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the original purchase, or by check if the original payment method was a bank transfer, cash, or other payments requiring special processing. Purchases made via bank transfer will also be refunded by bank transfer. Diamond Origin is not responsible for fees charged by third parties such as purchase financing institutions.
Return numbers are valid 7 days from the date of issue. Packages without a return number and packages rejected for ineligibility for return are subject to a minimum fee of $50.
All refund requests must be made in writing by post or e-mail.
Returns that are damaged or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be rejected. Each time you will get tips on how to pack the product safely.

An alternative shipping method may be used if deemed appropriate to reach your destination and target delivery date.
In the rare event that your order is tampered with or lost in transit, you must report this to Diamond Origin immediately and at the latest within 5 days of receiving the tracking number.
We are unable to reroute shipments in transit from Diamond Origin for security reasons.
